Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Nathan Taco (“we”) about your use of bnnr, the animated-banner editor in the browser and the services around it. By making an account or using bnnr you accept them.

1. The service

bnnr lets you build animated banners and videos from templates, your own pictures and your own catalogue, and export them as HTML5, ad-network packages, video or project files. Parts of it run on our servers (3D packages, templates, resizing, storage of your projects); the rest runs in your browser.

We keep improving bnnr and may change, add or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for in a way that matters, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and be refunded for the unused part of the period.

2. Your account

You must give a real email address, keep your password and sign-in methods to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it, including by the people of your team you add.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a contract. If you use bnnr for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

3. Free trial, subscriptions and payment

A new account starts with a free trial of 14 days. No payment card is needed for it. When it ends you need a subscription to go on exporting and saving; what you made stays in your account for a reasonable time so you can subscribe and continue.

A subscription renews at the end of each period (monthly or yearly, as you chose) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account; it then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices, taxes and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Payments are taken by our payment provider, who may be the seller of record; its terms apply to the payment itself.

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and make: pictures, logos, text, banners, projects, templates you save and exports. You give us only the permission we need to run bnnr for you — to store it, process it, show it to you and to the people you share it with, and to make backups.

You promise that you have the rights to what you upload and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights, and does not contain malware, hateful, sexually explicit or deceptive content, or other people’s personal data you have no right to use.

The templates, effects, 3D packages, fonts, pictures and sounds that come with bnnr are licensed to you for use in the banners and videos you make with it, including for your clients, as long as your subscription or trial was active when you exported them. You may not resell or redistribute them on their own, as a library or in another editor. Some asset packs have their own licences, shown with them.

5. What you may not do

Do not copy, reverse engineer or extract the service’s code, its 3D-package pipeline, templates or models, or try to get around limits, plans or access controls; do not attack, overload or probe the service; do not use it to send spam, to mislead people or to break the law; do not share one account between people who are not on your team.

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we can and where it is safe to do so.

6. Our rights

bnnr, its code, design, templates and the other things we provide belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own any of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it.

7. Availability and our liability

We work to keep bnnr running and your work safe, but it is provided “as is”: we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and you should keep your own copies of what matters (a project can be exported as a file at any time).

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits what the law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using bnnr and close your account at any time. We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice, and at once if you seriously break these terms. When an account is closed, we delete its content as the Privacy Policy describes; you can export your projects first.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will email you or show a notice before it applies; using bnnr after that means you accept it. The date at the top shows the latest version.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where Nathan Taco is established, and its courts decide disputes, without taking away any protection your own country’s consumer law gives you.
